a. Information you give us
When you fill out a form, request a home valuation, sign up for market updates, submit a community event, or call, text or email us, we collect what you provide — typically:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Property details for a home valuation — address, city, state, ZIP code, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and any notes about updates or features
- Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or learn your home’s value, and your message to us
- Your ZIP code if you sign up for market updates
- Event details, links and your contact information if you submit a community event
- Your choices about calls, text messages and email
b. Information collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and the pages you request — logged by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the Site. When a page shows a map, your browser also requests map images directly from the map provider (see Section 6), which receives your IP address.
- Embedded content: if you allow functional cookies, embedded YouTube videos and Google Street View load from Google, which can collect your IP address and how you interact with the embed.
- Form security data: the contents of form submissions are checked automatically to tell real inquiries from spam.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking tools on the Site.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and help you buy, sell or value a home
- To prepare home valuations and market information you request
- To send market-update emails you sign up for
- To review community events submitted for our events calendar
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and updates about your request
- To operate, secure and improve the Site — including blocking spam and fraud
- To comply with law, real-estate licensing and brokerage record-keeping requirements, and to protect our rights
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Calls, Text Messages (SMS) and Email
Our forms that collect a phone number show this notice:

Our market-updates signup shows this notice:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of buying or selling. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Our brokerage, Keller Williams Revolution, as required for real estate transactions, brokerage supervision and record-keeping
- Others involved in your transaction, at your direction— for example a lender, inspector, attorney, title company or the other party’s agent — when you ask us to or it is needed to complete your purchase or sale
- Service providers who help us run the business and the Site, under terms that limit their use of your data to serving us (see Section 6)
- Our website agency, ISC Media Group (Service Booster), which hosts and maintains the Site and manages our lead forms on our behalf
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies grouped into Strictly Necessary and Functional categories; we do not use analytics or marketing cookies. Functional content (embedded videos and Street View) is on by default and you can switch it off at any time with in the footer. 8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide services, meet brokerage and legal record-keeping requirements, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes, then delete or de-identify them. Submissions flagged as spam are deleted after review.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
- Get a copy in a portable format
- Opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information, or profiling
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
You can also: unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email; reply STOP to texts; change cookie choices with . To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within 60 days. You may use an authorized agent. Some records may need to be kept to meet real-estate licensing or brokerage requirements.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to Other Sites
The Site links to other websites (for example local businesses, event venues, schools, review sites and social media), and some event photos are shown directly from the organizer’s website. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
