This Cookie Policy explains how Lucinda Miller, Realtor®(“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on lucindamiller.homes(the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of marketing cookies and do not set them.
- Browser controls: you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Site, such as our forms, from working.
Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not affect anything collected before you changed your choice.
3. Cookie Categories
Strictly Necessary — required for the Site to work and to keep it secure, including protecting our forms from spam and abuse and remembering your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
Functional— enable features you ask for: Lucinda’s embedded YouTube videos and the interactive Google Street View on neighborhood pages. These are on unless you switch them off; if you do, those videos and Street View will be hidden.
Analytics and Marketing — the Site does not use any analytics or advertising cookies. If we ever add them, they will stay off until you choose to allow them, and we will ask for your consent again.

5. Do Not Track
Browsers’ “Do Not Track” setting has no agreed industry meaning, so the Site does not respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove services. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we add a new category of optional cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
